We believe in a God who understands our needs and is willing to help. Christmas is a time where we celebrate God’s giving of Himself in the person of Jesus to dwell among us and offer us the help of life, forgiveness and hope.
We celebrate God’s love for us at Christmas in a variety of ways, one of which is expressing that unconditional love to those in need with practical help. This year we are partnering with Jericho Road to provide 300 Christmas hampers for refugee families, individuals struggling with isolation, women and children at a Domestic Violence refuge, families with limited income & families in regional NSW who are doing it tough.
You can join us in sharing that love by helping others out by donating Non Perishable Fruit (Tinned/Dried) for the Christmas Hampers.
Either drop off your donations:
a) to whoever has shared this link with you or;
b) in the containers available at the church 2 Gordon St Petersham.
Or organise a delivery of items to 39 Walker Ave Haberfield to arrive prior to Nov 20.
